Coping with a lockdown had shifted us internally. Our habits and routines have shaken us to adapt to this new abnormal circumstance. Living with your family, significant other, roommates or solely yourself could be a blessing together or a strained situation. Instead of seeing each other in person, we temporarily need to rely on technology to connect by expressing caring and concern. Some days may feel fine, while others are a struggle.
