My Story “How do you stay head strong in a world that can feel so overwhelming?” was the pressing question I asked myself.
As a highly intuitive person, I process the world around me with attention to detail and sensitivity. This is a great blessing as it has helped me develop empathy towards others as well as a natural expression towards dance and the arts. But it can also feel like a curse, particularly around others' negative emotions and stressful situations. Enter holistic health. I learned to change my lifestyle and diet; adopting better and natural methods to deal with stress, insomnia, headaches and anxiety. So this led me to study more about holistic therapies at Transformational Arts College in 2012. I learned plenty to add to my toolbox from nutrition, massage, energy work, aromatherapy to sound healing. Wild ride, indeed. This knowledge and patience opened up my heart and allowed me to express my vulnerability and true self. What I learned makes me passionate about holding that space for others to release physical/emotional tension and live a more balanced life. I hope to help inspire you to be your best, authentic self. |
